Burdette Ketchum was honored with the Small Business award from theCultural Council of Greater Jacksonville for our contributions of brand and promotional campaign development to the Jacksonville Symphony andDowntown Vision Inc.

We provided marketing and public relations expertise to the Jacksonville Symphony for more than nine years. Most recently, assisting the Symphony with an evolved brand and communications’ messaging and a ticket sales campaign for its 60th Anniversary. In addition, we collaborated in a new large-scale membership and ticket sales campaign called “SymphonEasy.” This membership drive effort resulted in expanded interest in the Symphony with an increase in ticket sales and new audience households.

Burdette Ketchum further assisted the Jacksonville arts community by providing marketing and creative services to Downtown Vision, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. We re-branded Downtown Vision’s signature event Art Walk as the First Wednesday Art Walk with a newly redesigned logo, event collateral and other print materials. These new creative materials played a vital role in bolstering the community support and artist participation.

“It is an honor to be recognized by the Cultural Council for our work with such vital organizations as the Jacksonville Symphony and Downtown Vision,” said Will Ketchum, president and CEO of Burdette Ketchum. “Our work is rooted in the arts, so it is a natural extension for us to be able to think creatively for cultural institutions in the city we love and call home.”
